Def Leppard - Pyromania

Def leppard released their third studio album on 20 January 1983. Phil Collen was new guitarist on the album to replace Pete Willis who was fired due to excessive use of alcohol.

The album even charted number 2 on the Billboard 200 list and three songs “Photograph”, “Rock of Ages”, and “Foolin”, became Top 40 singles in the United States.

The album sold over six millions copies in 1983 and only Michael Jackson’s Thriller held it off top of US album chart.

In 2004, the album ranked number 384 on Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Albums of All Time also in 2006, O magazine placed the album at number 35 in its list of "40 Best Albums of the '80s".
